Remote work demands employees to be incredibly self-motivated, as you will not have management constantly standing over you reminding you what to do and when to do it.

You will still have coworkers so again, communication is most definitely key to success. You may keep up with the communication via email, video chat, mesagging apps, and other technologies.
While working from home, you may have the opportunity to choose to work when you want, although this is not the case with all positions Creating your own schedule allows you to have the ability to spend more time with your family while also growing professionally. Studies have shown that those who work remotely are more productive.
