The Value of Earning Your WAH Certification

Posted By Community Editor, Thursday, August 18, 2016

At WAHspace, we spend a lot of time connecting with human resource professionals who are looking to source and hire the best work at home talent.  With an abundance of interest for each work at home role, it is important that applicants do all that they can to stand out from the rest of the talent pool.

We developed the WAH Certification in conjunction with these work at home professionals as a way to help applicants do just that – stand out from the crowd and get noticed by the decision makers.  After you’ve created your WAHspace profile, make sure you are logged into the site, then visit WAH University.  The WAH Certification is a two-part assessment that will evaluate some of your basic skills and your personality fit for working at home. Upon successful completion of the assessment, you can download a certificate that shows you are WAH Certified.  Your WAHspace profile is also automatically updated to reflect the new credential.

Looking for candidates with a WAH Certification simplifies your possible employer’s hiring process, which can bring your candidacy to the top of the stack and demonstrate on the front end that you have the skills to succeed as a valuable asset to any company.  We recommend that you add this new credential to the section of your resume where you list your skills so that employers take note.

As a WAHspace member, you can earn additional credentials to help you stand out from the competition, including a background check, systems test and typing speed assessment.  You also get access to job postings from our WAH Certified Companies and more to help you along the path to a promising work at home career. Visit www.wahspace.com for more details and to join now.
