The WAHspace team recently conducted a survey to get to know our community a little better. We want to thank everyone who participated in helping us collect this data. The results are in!
According to the results, 60% of WAHspace members do not currently work from home. If you are included in this group, then you’ve come to the right place! Our WAH Blog is a great place to get tips and suggestions on landing your dream WAH job. Through WAH University, you can take assessments and earn your WAH Certification to stand out to potential recruiters.
We found that the largest percentage of WAHspace members (30%) want to work from home to help improve their work-life balance. When executed correctly, working from home has the potential to improve your work-life balance quite a bit. Many of you also are motivated to work at home in order to care for a family member or child. We know that there are many parents within our WAHspace community, and we know how important it is to you that your children are taken care of.
So, what is most important to our WAHspace community when it comes to a WAH job? TRAINING, TRAINING, TRAINING! Comprehensive training for a WAH position is the most important feature to over half of our WAHspace community. This demonstrates that our WAHspace members want to do their best on the job, and you can’t do that without training.
Another very important job feature for our community members is technical support. You may expect that your employer is going to help you if you run into any issues with your computer or software; however, some companies do not provide IT support for their work at home positions. Did you know that WAHspace Premier Members get FREE technical support included with their monthy membership? The peace of mind that comes along with this benefit is valuable to many workers and companies alike. WAHspace can help with a variety of issues and get you back in business in no time.
